Hi, I'm Bhavadharani Janakara Balaji (Bhava)
Product Manager | Engineering Leader | Innovation Enthusiast
I'm passionate about building meaningful products at the intersection of technology, design, and strategy.
Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Bhava, a curious builder and problem solver who loves creating products that make life simpler, smarter, and more meaningful.
I'm passionate about blending technology, strategy, and empathy to turn ideas into real-world solutions. My journey has taken me from working in semiconductor product development at KLA to founding What The Fun, an event management startup that brought people together through creative experiences, and now to exploring innovation, consulting, and product management through the Master of Engineering Management program at Duke University.
What excites me most is understanding how people interact with products and using those insights to design experiences that truly help them. I enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, connecting dots across disciplines, and finding that sweet spot where user needs meet business goals.
Driven by curiosity and guided by collaboration, I'm always eager to learn something new, whether it's an emerging technology, a fresh perspective, or a challenge that pushes me to grow.
